Navigators is a privately held company with a mission to navigate, motivate and make people collaborate.
Our four focus areas are:
Clusters and innovation networks: We support Danish clusters, in particular regarding strategy, organisation and cluster management. We organise workshops and conferences within the areas of: Cluster management, internationalisation, branding, financing, business development, etc. Learn more, visit Cluster Excellence Denmark
Certification: We are trained and authorised to carry through benchmarking and certification assessments of Gold, Silver and Bronze under ECEI – European Cluster Excellence Initiative.
New business and collaboration models: We facilitate seminars for groups working with their vision, strategy or similar. We develop and test new models which may lead to new, unexpected alliances and partnerships.
Mapping, surveys and analysis: We are in charge of the annual performance account for the Danish clusters. We also conduct mappings, surveys, handle survey data, analyse and write reports.
Bolette er ejer og direktør i Navigators. Hun er uddannet civilingeniør med speciale i fiskeriteknologi, projektleder og mediator.
Charlotte er markedsføringsøkonom. Hun er specialist i databehandling og er analyseansvarlig i Navigators.
Charlotte er cand.negot. i engelsk og er kommunikationschef og projektleder i Navigators.
Navigators udvikler og faciliterer nye forretningsmodeller og samarbejdsmodeller. Vi arbejder med klynger og netværk. Vi udarbejder kortlægninger og analyser. Vi vejleder om styring og certificering. Vores mission i Navigators er at navigere, motivere og få mennesker til at samarbejde.
